Installing RevLogic and your first sync

RevLogic (listed on the Shopify App Store as "B2B Sales Intelligence") turns your Shopify order history into a daily call list for your sales team. Getting started takes two steps: install the app and let it sync your store.
Install from the App Store
- Open the RevLogic listing at apps.shopify.com/revlogic and click Add app.
- Review the permissions and approve the install. RevLogic asks to read your orders, products, and customers, and to create draft orders — nothing more. It never edits or deletes anything in your store.
- Choose a plan. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can work a real call list before you pay.
Once you approve, the app opens inside your Shopify admin. RevLogic lives entirely in the admin — there's nothing to install on your storefront and no separate login for your sales team.
What happens during the first sync
The moment your trial is active, RevLogic starts a full sync in the background. It pulls three things from Shopify:
- Customers first, so orders can be matched to the right accounts.
- Orders, going back over your lookback window (six months by default, adjustable in Settings).
- Products, so recommendations and cross-sell plays know your catalog.
You don't have to trigger anything or keep the tab open — the sync runs on our servers. You can close the app and come back later.
After the data lands, RevLogic computes a customer intelligence profile for every repeat buyer: their order rhythm, health score, churn risk, and what to pitch. This profile step runs right after the sync finishes.
How long it takes
Sync time depends on your store size. As a rough guide, expect about one minute per 5,000 orders and one minute per 10,000 products or customers. Most stores finish in a few minutes; the largest can take longer. You can watch live progress on the Data Sync page, which shows each resource (Customers, Orders, Products, Customer Profiles) and how many have completed.
What you'll see when it's done
When the sync and profile computation finish, a few things happen:
- The Home page swaps its setup guide for your daily briefing — top calls, tasks, and quick stats.
- The Dashboard call list fills with customers who are overdue for a reorder, most urgent first.
- You'll get a one-time prompt: "Your store is ready — open your call list."
If your store is brand new or has mostly one-time orders, RevLogic may not find repeat buyers to profile yet. That's expected — new orders are added automatically as they come in, and profiles update to match.
Next steps
- Read Your first call list to learn how to work the Dashboard.
- Check What data RevLogic syncs to understand how the app stays current.
